Kristi H. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kristi began their career at Wick Phillips as a Front Office Coordinator in 2010 and stayed there until 2011. In the same year, they had an internship at Mola Market Research & Consulting as a Research/Executive Assistant. From 2011 to 2015, Kristi worked at Burdin Mediations as an Account Manager & Executive Assistant. In 2015, they joined Barrow Hanley Global Investors as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, and later progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager in 2018. Kristi further advanced within the company to become the Director, Head of Human Resources in 2022, and most recently, the Director, Head of Human Resources & Deputy Chief Diversity Officer in 2023.
Kristi H. attended Baylor University from 2005 to 2010. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology and Political Science. In 2019, Kristi obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI. Kristi further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS powered by ADP in July 2021.
