Pranay Laharia has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pranay most recently held the position of Managing Director and Equity Portfolio Manager at Barrow Hanley Global Investors since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked for Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney & Strauss as a Director and Equity Analyst from October 2013 to January 2023. Pranay also served as a Senior Equity Analyst at State Street Global Advisors from October 2007 to September 2013, where they were the head of the Global Tech and Telecom department. Before that, they worked at Deutsche Bank as both an Analyst and Associate in Equity Research, specializing in Semiconductors. Pranay began their career at Cambridge Technology Partners, where they held the role of Project Manager, Technical Team Leader, and Senior Developer. Pranay also worked as a Systems Engineer at UOP.
Pranay Laharia completed their B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur between 1989 and 1993. Pranay then pursued an M.S degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University from 1993 to 1996. Later, Pranay Laharia attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Accounting & Finance.
