Shawna Cunningham

Shawna Cunningham is a skilled research technologist currently employed at Barrow Neurological Institute since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a clinical laboratory analyst at Phoenix Toxicology & Lab Services, LLC from May 2021 to July 2022, and a research associate at BPS Bioscience Inc. from November 2020 to February 2021. Additionally, Shawna served as a lead veterinary assistant at PetCoach from July 2018 to January 2021, and as a veterinary assistant at Banfield Pet Hospital from April 2013 to December 2018. Shawna holds a Master’s degree in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from San Diego State University and an Associate’s degree in Math and Natural Sciences from Grossmont College.
