Andrew Mak has extensive work experience in quality assurance and management roles. Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of Quality Assurance at Barry Callebaut Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Quality Assurance at BRAND'S Suntory. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Senior Manager of Group QA at Cerebos, where they implemented quality policies and drove new initiatives for improvement. Before that, from 2007 to 2014, Andrew held the position of Senior Manager of Supply Quality Assurance at Burger King, where they established and maintained a world-class Quality Management System. Andrew also has experience as a Quality Assurance & Technology Manager at SATS Ltd. and as a Quality Assurance Manager at Delifrance Singapore Pte Ltd. Additionally, Andrew previously worked as a Senior Consultant at the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board and as a QA and R&D Manager at Amoy Canning Corporation Pte Ltd. Earlier in their career, they were a Quality Assurance Manager at Bartholdi Pte Ltd. Throughout their career, Andrew has achieved certifications, managed quality systems, and implemented various quality policies and programs.

Andrew Mak attended the University of Reading from 1987 to 1991 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Science and Technology.
