Following that, Bacic worked at Zanetti & Partners AG from 2013 to 2015 as a Manager and Consultant in Group Financial Reporting. Dijana then joined Barry Callebaut Group in 2015 and held various roles, including Manager in Group Accounting & Reporting, Chief Audit Executive, and Vice President of HR EMEA.
