Laura-Ann Chin

Laura-Ann Chin, P.E. currently serves as the Director of Life Sciences at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, where a combination of relationship building, leadership skills, and technical expertise is applied to deliver innovative solutions in the Life Sciences and Biotech sectors. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer at Genesis AEC, where responsibilities encompassed technical design phases and mentorship, as well as earlier positions at CRB and Jacobs, focusing on process safety strategies and cGMP compliance in the biopharmaceutical industry. Laura-Ann’s foundational education includes an MSc. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and a BSc. from the University of Arizona, complemented by significant research experience across multiple academic institutions.
