Bill Baker

Bill Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and personal development coaching. Currently serving as the Principal Owner of Innovating Minds Communicating since 2021, Baker specializes in leading seminars and providing one-on-one coaching focused on personal exploration and alignment. Since January 2020, Baker has also worked as a Detective at BART, investigating cases and engaging in community outreach. Prior to these roles, Baker served for over 21 years at the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, holding various positions from Deputy to Police Sergeant and gaining extensive experience in criminal investigations and patrol operations. Baker’s military background includes serving as an Infantry Team Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 1997. Educationally, Baker holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Union Institute and University.
