Tonya Love currently serves as the Principal of Government and Community Relations at BART, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Love was the Chief of Staff for District 3 City Councilmember Carroll Fife in Oakland from January 2021 to December 2024 and worked as a Campaign Coordinator for the Carroll Fife For Oakland City Council campaign in late 2020.
