Jeannie Tinkham

Jeannie Tinkham joined Bartlit Beck in 2015 following a clerkship in the Northern District of Illinois. Since joining the firm, she has gained substantial experience in complex product liability and mass tort litigation for pharmaceutical and medical device companies in MDL and state court proceedings. For example, she has worked with company witnesses to prepare them for deposition, drafted dispositive and Daubert motions, prepared expert witnesses for trial, developed the facts of cases through case work-up, and deposed fact witnesses and experts. Jeannie also has experience litigating commercial disputes and has experience drafting complaints and arbitration demands in this area.

Jeannie has also gained significant trial experience since joining the firm. In the last few years, she has served on seven trial teams, three of which went to verdict. In 2019, she served as second-chair trial counsel in a commercial dispute between two companies in Nevada state court. Jeannie conducted voir dire and examined four witnesses, including two experts, before the jury.
