Rich has over 30 years of leadership experience in assisting municipal and industrial clients with implementation and oversight of a wide range of water supply and wastewater management challenges. Rich is B&L’s Water & Wastewater Practice Area Director, and is also the Principal in Charge of Marketing and Business Development. In addition, he manages the firm’s Albany, Somers and New Paltz, NY offices. He is a graduate of Clarkson University as well as the ACEC New York Leadership Institute.
