Cris Scorza

Cris Scorza currently serves as the Helena Rubinstein Chair of Education at the Whitney Museum of American Art, providing leadership and strategic direction for the education program. With a robust background in museum education, Scorza has previously held roles such as Senior Director of Education and Engagement at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and Education Curator at the New Museum of Contemporary Art. Additional experience includes various positions at The Museum of Modern Art and Brooklyn Children's Museum, focusing on community and family programs. Scorza's education includes a Master's in Leadership in Museum Education from Bank Street College, along with certificates in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and Museum Education from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Arts Administration from Baruch College.
