Rona Aharonson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rona is currently working at Base - Customer Led Growth, where they hold the position of Head of CLG Programs since September 2022. Prior to this, Rona worked as a Customer Marketing Development Manager at the same company from January 2020 to September 2022.

Rona then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Baruch College, from 2005 to 2007.
