Philip Kiely

Philip Kiely is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in developer relations and technical writing. As Lead Developer Advocate at Baseten from January 2022 to July 2024, Philip led initiatives across engineering, marketing, and sales, while also creating various technical content to showcase Baseten's AI inference platform. Prior roles include Developer Advocate and Technical Writer at Baseten, where responsibilities encompassed documentation and community engagement. As an Independent Creator since April 2019, Philip has focused on writing for various audiences, while prior roles at Gumroad and Markforged involved marketing and software engineering, respectively. Philip holds a B.A. with Honors in Computer Science from Grinnell College and has been recognized with the Robert N Noyce Award.
