Yuliya Mykhaylovska

Yuliya Mykhaylovska is a seasoned recruiting consultant with extensive experience in talent advising and career coaching, currently serving at Baseten since July 2025 and as the founder of Yuliya Talent since September 2015. In the role of Talent Advisor & Career Coach, Yuliya assists startups, tech companies, and venture capital firms while focusing on professionals in their 20s and 30s, with career insights featured in prominent publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Business of Business. Previous roles include Recruiting Consultant at Razom, Assistant Director of Career Services at Columbia University, and Head of University Talent at Greylock Partners, where Yuliya supported over 60 portfolio companies.
