Andrew Bailey

Andrew Bailey is an experienced managing director with a significant tenure at BASF, having held various leadership positions including Managing Director of BASF Pakistan (Private) Limited and Managing Director of BASF Kanoo Polyurethanes LLC, among others. In addition to a strong career at BASF since January 2006, Andrew also serves on the Management Committee of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) since April 2023, co-chairing the Diversity & Inclusion and ESG sub-committees. Andrew's professional background includes roles at CHC Urethane Products and Messer Industriegase GmbH, along with early experience as a metallurgist at Anglovaal Mining. Andrew holds multiple degrees, including studies in Start Up Success from London Business School and Strategic Marketing from Wits Business School, complemented by academic qualifications in metallurgy and virtual collaboration.
