Pau Vinyes

Pau Vinyes has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and leadership within the agricultural and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Head of Region EMEA West at BASF Nunhems since February 2018, Pau oversees a turnover exceeding 150 million euros across 16 countries in Western Europe and North/West Africa, with full P&L responsibility and team leadership in a matrix organization. Previous roles include Global Pricing Manager and Market Access Team Manager at BASF, where responsibilities included managing pricing processes and leading high-stakes teams in the regulated AgroScience industry. Prior to BASF, Pau held various positions at Nestlé from 2007 to 2018, managing significant sales accounts and trade marketing strategies, and began professional career as an Assistant Project Engineer at Procter & Gamble. Academic credentials include an Executive Education PLD from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
