Tatjana Diether was born in Worms, Germany in 1975. She joined BASF Aktiengesellschaft (since January 14, 2008, BASF SE) as an apprentice for technical drawing in 1991. Following a vocational commercial training at a private business school, she was an instructor for vocational training at BASF.
Diether has been a member of the Works Council of BASF SE since 2003 and has been a full-time member of the Works Council since 2008. Diether was elected to the BASF Works Council Europe in 2017.
Diether has been a member of the BASF Supervisory Board since May 4, 2018, and her mandate terminates upon conclusion of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in 2024.
