Angeli Aguilera

Angeli Aguilera is an accomplished retail operations professional with extensive experience in communication strategy and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at ba&sh since September 2019, Angeli has developed internal communication strategies, built operational policies, and collaborated with various departments to enhance customer experience. Previous roles include positions at SMCP, where Angeli led communication strategies for multiple retail networks and managed promotional communications, as well as experience as a Retail Coordinator at Ports 1961 and a Client Services Intern at Landor Associates. Angeli holds a degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where leadership roles included serving as President of the University Fashion Group.
