Lori Liles DuBard is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager at Basic Energy Services since June 2006, Lori oversees HR responsibilities for a workforce of up to 1,900 employees in the Permian Basin, East TX/OK Region, and Gulf Coast Region. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of HR Supervisor at Halliburton from November 2003 to September 2007, where management of HR processes and staff was key. Additionally, Lori was the Regional Employee Relations Manager at AmeriGas Propane from September 1995 to June 2003, overseeing HR functions for 120 locations across 11 states. Lori holds an MBA and BA in Human Resources from Columbia Southern University and a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern State University.
