Meng-Yang Chiang

Meng-Yang Chiang is a highly experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in software engineering and QA leadership. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff and QA Lead at Basis since June 2025, Meng-Yang has built and managed remote QA teams while creating integrated and database environments. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Engineering at GlossGenius, where Meng-Yang shaped and implemented QA strategies, and Staff Software Engineer in Test at Bluecore, focusing on building QA teams and integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines.
