Martin Metcalf has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Martin started as a Sales Executive at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1993, where they managed a team and launched the DEC UK SAP Technical Competency Centre. In 1994, they joined SAP as a Regional Managing Director, responsible for the UK, Ireland, Nordic Countries, and the Sub-Sahara Africa sub-continent. Martin was a member of the EMEA Management team and the global sponsor for Value Based Selling. In 2007, they became the CEO of Strategic Thought Group plc, serving until 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they held various roles at Basis Technologies, including CEO and Non-Executive Group Chairman. Martin also worked as a Non-Executive Director at PASaPAS UK Ltd from 2011 to 2013.
Martin Metcalf attended INSEAD from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Business Leadership. During the same time period, they also attended OPEN UNIVERSITY UK and focused on Business Administration and Management, General, although they did not obtain a specific degree.
