Dhirendra Vashisht

Dhirendra Vashisht is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of India Operations at Bastian Solutions since August 2022. Prior to this role, Vashisht was the Head of Product and Engineering at GreyOrange from June 2019 to July 2022, overseeing product development, functional improvements, and budget management. From April 2017 to June 2019, Vashisht held the position of Deputy General Manager - Product Development at CNH Industrial, focusing on program management for new product development. Vashisht's earlier experience includes serving as AGM - Head of Engineering Services at CLAAS from March 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities included leadership of engineering and design functions, budget management, and strategic planning. Vashisht’s career began at Caterpillar India as an Engineering Team Leader from August 2006 to February 2011, managing engineering projects related to construction products and supplier management. Dhirendra Vashisht is currently pursuing a PGDBA in Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI) in Kolkata.
