Katie H.

Katie H. has extensive experience in process improvement and project management, currently serving as the Process Improvement Project Engineer Team Lead at Bastian Solutions since July 2021. Previously, Katie spent over nine years at the Indiana State Department of Health, achieving the role of Director, Division of Trauma and Injury Prevention. Earlier career experiences include roles at Frito Lay, Purdue University, and multiple internships in industrial engineering with companies such as Cincinnati Thermal Spray, Pepsico, Toyota, and Samtec. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and completed high school with honors at Our Lady of Providence.
