Rich Reavis

Rich Reavis, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Robotics Design Engineer Team Lead at Bastian Solutions since November 2021. Previously, Rich held the role of Director of Engineering for Hardware Systems at Black Box VR, where innovations in VR fitness technology were developed. With experience spanning various engineering positions, Rich has engaged in hands-on design, prototyping, and testing of VR peripherals, while also managing business development and technical sales in earlier roles. Additionally, Rich contributed to educational environments as a Teaching Assistant at Boise State University and has consistently demonstrated leadership and project management skills throughout a diverse career in engineering and technology. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University.
