Shelby Shay

Shelby Shay, PHR, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Bastian Solutions, a position held since February 2011, following prior roles including Human Resources Director and Talent Acquisition Manager. With a foundation in human resources developed at NSA Media, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and employee relations for over 300 employees, Shelby also held the role of Human Resources Generalist. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Recruiting Manager at Aerotek. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
