Dean Heacock is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the advertising, gaming, and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as CFO and COO at Bastion since January 2023, Dean focuses on driving agency growth alongside leadership. As the Chief Financial Officer at Damage since July 2019, Dean partners with founders in the gaming and eSports advertising space, implementing financial reporting standards and strategic guidance. Dean has managed Bump LLC since July 2007, specializing in finance and business strategies for various marketing agencies, including mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles include CFO positions at Amusement Park and Big Picture Group, as well as leadership at Lunchbox and Interactivate, where Dean developed financial models and improved operational efficiencies. Dean's foundational experience began as a Controller/CFO at Frank Wilson & Associates, and education was earned with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Portland State University.
