Adrian Dancer is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a background in geology, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Currently serving as a Teacher at Bastrop ISD since June 2022, Adrian has previously worked as a Special Education Instructional Aide at Dripping Springs ISD and as a Substitute Teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools. In addition to a commitment to education, Adrian is the Founder and CEO of The Dancer Group Corporation, which focuses on innovative education strategies and professional development for students and young professionals through guided coaching. Prior experience includes a role as a Staff Geologist at Fugro, where Adrian managed geological site characterization projects.
