Niclas Hill

Niclas Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and customer services management, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Partner Center of Excellence at Basware since January 2010, Niclas is pivotal in establishing a strategic initiative to enhance the success of implementation partners. Previous roles at Basware include Director of Customer Services, Director of Professional Services, and Director of Project Management Office, among others, where responsibilities spanned project delivery, consulting services, and operational management across the Asia Pacific region. Prior experience includes roles at Clausion Oy as a Senior Project Manager and at Gemalto as a Strategic Program Manager, focusing on large software implementations and strategic customer programs. Niclas holds a Master’s degree in Business from Hanken School of Economics, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich, and a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
