Viivi Tikkala

Viivi Tikkala has extensive experience in project management and solution architecture, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Senior Solution Consultant at Basware since May 2017. Prior to this role, Viivi worked as a SC Planning Manager at Orion Corporation and spent over two years at Ensto Lighting Oy as a Development Engineer, focusing on development projects and ERP system administration. Viivi began a career in sales support roles at companies such as Alppilux Oy and Mondi Lohja Oy, building a strong foundation in order handling, invoicing, and customer feedback management. Education includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from LUT University, along with ongoing studies at Prince of Songkla University.
