Charu Jain

Charu Jain is an experienced business professional with a strong background in management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Business Manager in the President's Office at Bata India Limited since June 2022, Charu previously held the position of Business Manager in the MD’s Office at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India, where responsibilities included developing and executing business plans. Charu also worked as a Business Strategy Manager at ANAROCK, focusing on data-driven decision-making processes, and as a Senior Executive in Business Development at Thermax Limited, where a new business model and customer acquisition strategies were designed. Earlier career experience includes a role as Project Manager at SSP PVT LIMITED, overseeing turnkey projects. Charu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and additional MBA credentials from ESCP Business School, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Lingaya's Institute of Management & Technology.
