Before this tenure, Snigdha worked at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. as a Collection & Merchandising Manager selected under the Talent Xpress/Exchange Program. Additional experience includes designing sports and athleisure footwear at Campus Activewear Ltd. and serving as a footwear designer for brands at RELAXO FOOTWEARS LIMITED and Varun Exports. Snigdha A. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Footwear Design from FDDI Business School and a Master’s Degree in Retail Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
