Sameh Foulad

Sameh Foulad is an accomplished IT Development Manager at Batelco by Beyon since February 2012, where responsibilities include leading innovative IT solution design and driving digital transformation. Previous roles at Batelco encompass Core Network Manager, Head of ISP, and Head of VAS, with a focus on ensuring Internet Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE).
