Nikko Sudirman

Nikko Sudirman is a highly experienced professional in design technology and BIM management, currently serving as the National Design Technology Manager at Bates Smart since September 2024. With a strong focus on innovation, automation, and efficiencies, Nikko leads the strategic implementation of BIM operations and digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Previous roles include Studio BIM Leader at Rothelowman, where expertise in national BIM operations was further developed, as well as positions with Bates Smart as BIM Manager/Coordinator and with Cox Architecture as a Graduate Designer/Revit Leader. Nikko holds a Bachelor of Architectural Computing from UNSW and a Bachelor of Construction Management from Western Sydney University, along with a Diploma in Business (Marketing) from SSIT, St. George.
