James Read has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. James started their career at Glencore as a Senior Grain Trader and worked there from 1997 to 2002. Following that, they joined Oxbow as a Marketing Manager from 2002 to 2008. James then worked at The Gap Partnership as a Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2009. Afterwards, they joined Rain Global Services LLC as a Director and worked there from 2009 to 2016. James then joined Rain CII Carbon LLC, where they held the positions of Global Lead, Petroleum Coke from 2016 to 2017, and later Vice President Commercial from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are with Bathco, where they are serving as the Head Raw Materials Trading since 2021 and is also the Chief Commercial Officer.
