Netanya Lewis

Netanya Lewis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. As the Founder and CEO of IAM Digital since March 2020, Netanya has led innovative projects in the digital space. Concurrently, Netanya serves as an Associate HR Manager at Eden II Programs, focusing on HR Information Systems, employee relations, and organizational development. In the role of People Operations & Project Management Leader at Batteries Plus Bulbs, responsibilities include training and development, resource management, and project planning. Previously, Netanya held the position of Human Resources Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where talent acquisition and database analytics were key functions. Netanya is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Stony Brook University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Syracuse University and an Associate of Arts from Suffolk County Community College.
