Max is a vice president focused on late-stage, industrial technology investments including growth-equity deals, buyouts, rollups and take-privates. Currently, he is involved with Battery’s investments in SigmaTEK Systems and VertiGIS (composed of AED-SICAD, Dynamic Design Group, Geocom Group, Latitude Geographics, Mapcom Systems, and SynerGIS).
Max joined Battery in 2014 as an analyst after graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business with a BS degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance.
