Dana Franco

Dana Franco is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM, customer retention, and e-commerce. Currently serving as Senior Manager of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing at BaubleBar Inc. since April 2024, Dana previously held the position of Assistant Manager for Customer Retention and Loyalty at Summer Fridays, where Dana was the first hire dedicated to retention and successfully managed lifecycle marketing initiatives that drove significant DTC sales. Prior roles include Assistant Manager of E-Commerce at The Lip Bar Inc., where Dana implemented website redesigns and developed rewards programs achieving high ROI, and serving as a Fellow at Venture For America, which focuses on fostering economic opportunity.
