Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Petra Ehrenfried, born in 1966, studied process engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim. She has been with the BAUER Group since 1992. From 1993 to 1996 she built up the branch of what was then BAUER und Mourik Umwelt GmbH in Oberursel and then moved to the southern branch, to which she returned after a maternity leave. From 2007 to 2008 she headed the Marketing department before moving to the Technical Center. Since 2017, she has been the full-time Chairwoman of the Works Council at BAUER Resources GmbH.

It is divided into three business segments. The Construction segment carries out the established methods and techniques of specialist foundation engineering.
