Reinhard Irrenhauser

Reinhard Irrenhauser, born in 1967, first completed an apprenticeship as a fitter at Karl Bauer Spezialtiefbau GmbH & Co. KG before he worked from 1986 to 1999 as a large equipment driver in the same company. From 1999 to 2010 he worked as a mechanic in machine assembly at the BAUER Group. Mr. Irrenhauser has been a member of the works council of BAUER Maschinen GmbH since 2001 and has been released as chairman of the works council since 2010. In 2011 he successfully completed further training as a technical business economist. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Irrenhauser has been an honorary labor judge at the Munich Labor Court since 2007.
