Prior to Bauli, Benedetta held various positions at Bonduelle from January 2017 to October 2021, including Product Manager for Salads, where responsibilities encompassed product innovation, project management, and budget oversight. Earlier experience includes a Junior Project Manager internship at Brembo S.p.A. and a sales role with Amandla, complemented by educational achievements in Management, Finance, and International Business from the University of Bergamo.
