Paolo Sassi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology and digital leadership. Currently serving as Chief Information and Digital Officer and Group IT Director at Bauli Group since October 2018, Paolo also chairs the Italian SAP user group, GUPS, since December 2022. Prior roles include Group IT Director at ARTSANA GROUP from June 2009 to October 2018, Sales Operations Director and CIO at OSRAM (SIEMENS GROUP) from March 1998 to June 2009, and Business Process Engineer at Italtel from December 1996 to March 1998. Additionally, Paolo worked as a project manager at MESARTEAM (ATOS) from April 1990 to December 1996. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Milano, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
