Daniel Pergande has extensive work experience in research and development, as well as industrial engineering. Daniel is currently serving as the Head of Research & Development and Industrial Engineering at Baumer Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the R&D Manager at Anton Paar ProveTec GmbH from March 2014 to April 2022. Daniel also served as a Senior Scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunications, Heinrich Hertz Institute from October 2010 to March 2014. Before that, they worked as a Postdoc and a PhD Student at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg from October 2007 to September 2010 and from January 2007 to September 2009, respectively.
Daniel Pergande attended Paderborn University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Physics.
