Nicola Kayel

Nicola Kayel is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as an Executive Team Member at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since September 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Salix Pharmaceuticals, where Nicola held roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President of GI Marketing, among others. Previously, Nicola worked at SmartPharma LLC focused on strategy and new product commercialization, and at Warner Chilcott, where various positions including Senior Director of Sales and Marketing were held.
