Andreas Almroth

Andreas Almroth has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Andreas is currently working as an IT Compliance Specialist at Bavarian Nordic, where they are involved in the validation of IT applications and infrastructure according to industry best practices. Andreas'sprevious role was as a Computer System Validation Specialist at Ambu A/S.

Prior to these positions, Andreas worked at NNIT as a Senior Quality Specialist from 2016 to 2020, and as a Senior Solutions Specialist from 2014 to 2016. In these roles, they provided design and implementation of data protection solutions and supported storage and clustering solutions.

Andreas also has experience as a Senior System Consultant at Proact Systems A/S from 2012 to 2014 and from 2010 to 2011. At Symantec Denmark, they worked as a Senior Solution Specialist from 2006 to 2010.

Andreas began their career at MTN Cameroon as a Senior System Analyst from 2003 to 2005, where they focused on disaster recovery, SAN implementation, and Oracle ERP rollout. Andreas also mentored local employees.

Andreas has also worked at BASE nv/sa as a Senior Unix Administrator in 2002 and at Eterra A/S as an Enterprise Solutions Specialist in 2002, where they focused on security solutions and provided support for Veritas products.

Andreas started their career as a System Administrator at Openwave Systems, where they gained valuable experience in system administration.

Andreas Almroth completed their MSc degree in Computer Science - IT from the University of Liverpool between 2005 and 2009. Andreas also obtained a SAFe Agilist Certification from Acclaim Badging in June 2020.
