Gita Prassl

Gita Prassl is an experienced leader in customer management and digital banking, currently serving as Head of Customer Management at BAWAG Group since January 2020. Gita is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversees strategic initiatives in Digital Banking and Transformation. Prior to this role, Gita held multiple leadership positions at easybank AG, including Head of Complaint Management and Head of Customer Care, where responsibilities included developing service strategies and managing customer service teams. Gita's extensive experience in the payment industry also includes leadership roles at PayLife Bank GmbH and SIX Payment Services, complemented by a Master of Arts in Integrated Communication from AIK Akademie.
