Jen Lerma

Jen Lerma is an experienced accounting specialist and administrative assistant at Baxter Planning since August 2013, where responsibilities include coordinating office services, maintaining record-keeping systems, managing new hire postings, directing various services, planning internal and external events, and assisting with website maintenance. Previously, Jen served as the customer experience manager at Michaels Stores, Inc. from June 2011 to July 2013, leading and coaching staff while organizing in-store events and assisting customers. Early career experience includes an internship at Coco Paloma Desserts in 2009, focusing on cake decoration and website updates. Jen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Design and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Studio Art from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2005 and 2010.
