Alexis Aguiñaga

Alexis Aguiñaga is a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner at Baxter International Inc. since August 2022, specializing in leading both operational and strategic processes in talent acquisition with a focus on IT profiles. Prior to this role, Alexis worked as an IT Headhunter Consultant and IT Recruiter at Kelly Services from October 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included candidate interviews, evaluations, and analysis of position requirements, as well as managing profiles for various IT roles. From November 2016 to October 2017, Alexis served as an IT Recruiter at Deintec, also handling candidate evaluations and requirements analysis. Earlier experience includes working as a Terapeuta en Educación Especial at LAPSIEE from July 2014 to August 2016, providing psychoeducational assessments and interventions for children.
