Carolyn Lind

Carolyn Lind is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Talent Management at Baxter International Inc., Carolyn leads talent management strategies to support the company's mission. Previously, Carolyn held roles including Head of Global Talent Management Practices at Northern Trust, where a global talent management strategy was implemented, and Sr. HR Business Partner at Northern Trust Corporation, driving initiatives related to workplace design and strategic HR planning. Carolyn's background also includes leadership positions at CNA Insurance, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and consulting roles, alongside contributions as a Board Member for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago. Carolyn holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Duke University.
