Juan Carlos Angel

Juan Carlos Angel serves as the Global E2E Supply Chain Senior Manager at Baxter International Inc., leading initiatives in supply chain management across a global platform since May 2013. Key accomplishments include overseeing the Rapid Response deployment that significantly improved cash flow by $300 million and managing end-to-end supply chain functions for numerous manufacturing facilities throughout the Americas. Previously, Juan Carlos held positions such as Regional Supply Chain Manager for UCAN & Caribbean and Supply Chain Project Manager for LATAM, where responsibilities included process integration and inventory management resulting in substantial portfolio value. In addition to extensive experience in supply chain operations, Juan Carlos toured worldwide with a music band and contributed to new product strategies as a Planning Engineer. Academic qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad ICESI and further study in Global Economics at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
