Martha Peterson

Martha Peterson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in total rewards and executive compensation. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Baxter International Inc. since June 2022, Martha oversees all aspects of total rewards, HR M&A, global mobility, and immigration, including interactions with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Total Rewards at UL, and Vice President of Global Executive Compensation and Stock Programs at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where responsibilities encompassed the design and governance of global executive compensation programs. Martha's earlier experience includes senior consulting positions at Towers Perrin and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as well as managerial roles at Ernst & Young and Tommy Bartlett, Inc. Martha holds a JD from Marquette University Law School and a BA in Mathematics from North Park University.
